Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours from the time that the order is placed. 

We will strive to dispatch all orders on the same working day that are placed by 12pm UK time.

In the event you do not receive your order within the described time frame, please reach out to us at hello@vapsonvaps.com for further information and we will gladly assist you. Typically in the event an order is thought to be lost/delayed we will ask you to allow a maximum of 5 working days for the order to show up. This allows us to be eligible for postal compensation, it also gives ample time for your order to show up, as in rare circumstances orders can be delayed by a few days if things go wrong on the couriers end.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of its delivery. In order for your return to be accepted, it MUST be unused (also unopened condition for some boxed items with packaging). Once we receive your order back we will inspect and make a refund for the full amount, if all prior conditions have been observed within 3 working days. The refund will take 3-5 working days to reach your account. We do not refund postage costs you have paid for the initial order. We also do not provide free return shipping (we will provide free return shipping for faulty items, or wrong items sent in an order). When returning your order you must include a note inside with your order number. All returns have to be sent to our returns address: 77 Talland Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK6 2EW, United Kingdom. Ensure you return all orders using a recorded or tracked service, as Vaps on Vaps is not responsible for orders returned by customers.
